Details of the Job/Internship
They are hiring an energetic, quick-learner Legal Internship on a paid basis. The legal intern will get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in domestic and international contracts, litigation cases, and intellectual property matters. The intern must have a good knowledge of legal contracts and be good at paying attention to detail when reviewing contracts.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing domestic and cross-border legal contracts.
- Opportunity to conduct legal due diligence.
- Managing and assisting in litigation cases.
- Gain experience in handling intellectual property matters.
- Capable of researching complex legal propositions.
Eligibility
- A final-year law student who is passionate and curious about legal matters. and keen interest in learning about legal matters in the corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills and writing skills especially legal writing.
- Eager to explore diverse areas of law and contribute to real-world legal matters.
- Must be capable of paying attention to detail in reviewing legal papers.
