Details of the Job
Ares Law Offices is hiring an Associate Lawyer with experience of 0 to 4 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Office Timings: Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM (depending on the pendency of tasks)
Role and Responsibilities
- Attend court hearings for the ongoing cases (District courts, High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, APTEL, Consumer Forums, etc.)
- Drafting and researching for the ongoing cases,
- Assisting in the briefing of the arguing/external advocate.
Eligibility
- 0-4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Knowledge of law and legal procedures.
- Experience in legal document preparation and analysis.
- Knowledge of key search engines like SCC Online, Manupatra, etc.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Salary/Stipend
Salary would be according to industry standards and based upon the competence of the selected candidate.
