Key Responsibilities

- Stay updated with the latest regulatory norms and judgments
- Conduct corporate and project due diligence
- Advise on the enforceability of financing documents and related conditions
- Handle stamp duty matters
- Coordinate with foreign legal counsel in cross-border transactions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
