Application Procedure

Interested students will have to send their resumes along with a short write-up on any one of the following topics:

• Power of Arbitral Tribunal in setting aside Ex-parte order against respondent.
• Right of the respondent to participate in Arbitral proceedings after the respondent has beenproceededparte.
• The write-up should not exceed 200 words and should refer to a minimum of two judgments on the subject.
