They are looking for a talented lawyer to meet the firm’s growing corporate practice. The role involves working on commercial transactions and contract drafting and review. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with or being a part of corporate transactions. The candidate must also have professional-level English Language proficiency. They are looking for a team member who is eager to learn and grow.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Advising clients on issues related to commercial transactions.
  • Maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare legal reports and documents.

Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
