Taxmann is hiring for the position of CS Industrial Trainee in New Delhi. Candidates who have passed the CS Professional Programme or CS Executive Programme are eligible to apply.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Job Responsibilities:
Editorial work
- Analyzing the provisions of Company Law/FEMA/IBC/Competition Law/Banking Laws and their presentation in a simplified manner
- Analyzing and preparation of articles/ write up on the recent case laws, circulars and notifications
- Assisting in developing tools/calculators under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA
- Development and Maintenance of Compliance tracker mechanism
- Preparing draft memorandum on advisory w.r.t. transactions under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA & IBC
Secretarial work
- Assisting in Handling statutory registers and records for companies
- Filing of statutory forms and reporting under various Regulatory authorities
- Preparing Minutes of the Board Meeting and General Meetings
- Drafting Agenda, notice, Board Resolutions, Special Resolution
- Coordinating with accounts and audit department for transactions involving compliances under Companies Act, 2013 and rules thereunder
Eligibility
- preference will be given to those who have undergone at least 5-6 months of internship.
- Experience Work wise in the capacity of Company Law, FEMA, IBC
- Preferred Industry/ Company: any, CS Firm, Law Firm, or Publications Industry
Salary/Stipend
Rs.15,000/- to Rs.20,000/-
