It takes a skill-based approach to assessment, allowing companies to automatically generate standardized tests based on various skills and then accurately measure the developer’s performance on those skills.

HackerEarth is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to SAAS agreements, vendor agreements, customer agreements, consultancy agreements, partnership agreements, referral agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), licensing agreements, and employment agreements.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential legal risks associated with business decisions and develop strategies to minimize them.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and proactively identify areas for improvement in compliance practices.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with different teams within the company and provide actionable advice to align with company objectives.
  • External Counsel Coordination: Collaborate with external legal advisors on complex legal matters, ensuring that strategies align with the company’s goals and interests.
  • Advisory : Examine the legal issues related to new products and services and provide legal solutions; Evaluate new partnerships with vendors and partners.

Eligibility

  • Experience 2 to 5 years of professional experience in legal practice, with a strong background in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills along with strong communication skills
  • Work Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Expertise: Proven knowledge of corporate law, contracts, risk management, and legal frameworks relevant to corporate operations.
  • License: Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.

Salary/Stipend
