CoKaCo looking for a full-time, on-site CS Legal to join their team in Mumbai. The CS Legal will be responsible for providing expert legal consulting, preparing legal documents, and addressing daily legal issues. The role requires proactive communication and a strong understanding of corporate law, compliance, and legal frameworks relevant to startups and SMEs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal consulting and support across various business functions
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Ensure compliance with SEBI ICDR, LODR, and other regulations
- Stay updated on legal developments and communicate their impact to the team
- Address legal queries and issues promptly, ensuring smooth operations
- Assist in the preparation and filing of necessary legal and regulatory documents
- Support the team with corporate law matters, including compliance with the MCA Act
- Liaise with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies as needed
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, legal consulting, and regulatory compliance
- In-depth understanding of SEBI ICDR, LODR, and other relevant SEBI rules and regulations
- Familiarity with the MCA Act and related corporate compliance requirements
- Proficiency in legal document preparation
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Experience in corporate law, with an emphasis on financial and startup ecosystems
- Based in Mumbai.
