Responsibilities:
– Manage and oversee IP prosecution portfolios for clients.
– Provide expert advice and counsel on matters related to trademarks, copyrights, designs, and domain disputes.
– Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic guidance to clients.
– Collaborate with team members and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IP laws and regulations.

Requirements:
– Minimum of 1+ years of experience in IP law with boutique IP law firms only.
– Proven track record of managing IP prosecution portfolios.
– Strong understanding of trademarks, copyrights, designs, and domain disputes.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently and take ownership of matters.

Nice to Have:
– Familiarity with IP law in multiple jurisdictions especially the Indian Sub-Continent.
