Responsibilities
- Conduct trademark searches and prepare reports.
- Research and summarize case law.
- Draft legal documents, including replies, counter statements, and notices of opposition.
- Assist in preparing hearing statements and supporting documents.
- Research and compile legal registrations Working on Company law, Labour law, Income tax law.
