Eligibility
- 2-5 years of experience in handling CLM and Compliance tools
- Bachelor’s degree in law/related field
- Proven experience in managing contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and compliance management software.
- Strong understanding of contract management principles and compliance regulations.
- Experience with Compliance Tools and CLM tools such as DocuSign CLM, Coupa, Icertis, or any other related platforms is a plus and Compliance
Responsibilities
Tool Administration and Maintenance
- Oversee the contract lifecycle management (CLM) and compliance tools, ensuring they are properly configured and maintained to support business needs.
- Experience of working in Compliance Tool and should have expertise in mapping the compliance. Ensure compliance with all the local, state, federal and international laws and regulations relevant to company’s commercial operations
Process Optimization
- Develop and implement workflows within the CLM and compliance tools to streamline contract approvals, document storage, and audit trails.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance Monitoring
- Ensure that the compliance tool is effectively tracking and reporting regulatory requirements, risks, and adherence to company policies.
- Regularly audit the tool’s data to ensure accuracy and completeness in compliance reporting.
Vendor Management
- Liaise with third-party vendors responsible for the contract management and compliance tools to ensure system uptime, updates, and security protocols are followed.
- Manage vendor contracts, ensuring SLAs are met, and services are delivered as per agreement
