Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents including briefs, memoranda, and pleadings. TPM 40
- Assist senior lawyers in case preparation, including gathering evidence and preparing case strategies.
- Represent clients in court, as necessary, and participate in hearings and trials.
- Provide legal advice to clients and assist in negotiations.
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.
Requirements
- LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the Bar Council in India.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in legal practice is advantageous but not mandatory.
Salary
₹1,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
