Eligibility
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (L.L.B/L.L.M)
- Experience 3+ years in legal services, including drafting and negotiating contracts, with a preference for candidates with an IT background.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with generative AI platforms and prompt engineering to optimize legal workflows.
- Experience working with practice/case management systems and developing solutions to improve productivity.
Skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to develop systems and reports that solve business problems.
- Strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape, including proficiency with leading platforms and recent releases.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities to design efficient workflows and processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead legal engineering initiatives, including workflow automation, contract assembly, and contract automation for clients.
- Support the development and delivery of client legal transformation plans with the Head of Legal Transformation and Associate Director.
- Conduct onsite training sessions and workshops to ensure smooth implementation.
- Drive machine learning and AI initiatives for clients’ current and future projects.
- Understand and execute client requirements related to AI outputs, workflows, and process improvements.
- Analyze gaps between current and desired processes, proposing creative solutions to bridge them.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure AI tools are functioning as intended and meeting their objectives.
- Assist the Associate Director in all aspects of legal engineering and design.
