Sahay & Manish Law Offices is calling for recruitment applications from Advocates practicing in Delhi for its dispute resolution team.
Eligibility
- PQE: Associate : 0-3 years | Senior Associate: 4-5 years
- The Applicants must have handled Supreme Court, High Court and Arbitration matters.
- The firm is looking for dedicated Advocates, preferably with prior experience in Commercial and Civil litigation, Arbitration law, Criminal laws, Banking laws, etc.
- The Applicant should be able to draft pleadings in criminal, civil and commercial matters including arbitration matters.
- The Applicant should have the ability to think and make decisions independently and also render legal opinions to clients.
- The Applicants should have good communication skills (both oral and written).
Responsibilities
Drafting work includes, but is not limited to, SLPs/ Appeals/ Petitions/ Applications/ Reply/ Rejoinder, etc., and appearances before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, Arbitral Tribunals, Tribunals etc.
Salary
Remuneration: As per industry standards.
