Supercrafts India is hiring a Lawyer for a remote position. This is a part-time remote role for a Lawyer at Supercrafts India.
Role and Responsibilities
The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and conducting legal research. The role also involves negotiating contracts, resolving legal disputes, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Legal research, Legal drafting, and Contract negotiation skills.
- Courtroom litigation and Legal representation experience.
- Understanding of laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and part-time.
- Experience in intellectual property law is a plus.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Corporate Lawyers, Criminal Lawyers & Tax Lawyers.
