Role and Responsibilities
Personal Injury / Medical Malpractice:
- Drafting demand letters and complaints.
- Requesting and reviewing medical records.
- Conducting legal research to support case strategies.
Immigration Law:
- Handling N-400 (Naturalization) and I-485 (Adjustment of Status) processes.
- Drafting legal briefs and assisting with form filings.
- Ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations.
