They seek a detail-oriented Legal Executive to join their dynamic legal team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of legal principles and experience in contract management, compliance, and legal research.

Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs on various legal issues.
- Assisted in compliance monitoring and ensured adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support litigation processes by gathering relevant documents and preparing legal submissions.
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and records.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and other stakeholders as needed.
- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in legislation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal environment.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and compliance regulations.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficient in legal drafting and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
- Experience in handling intellectual property matters is a plus.
- Proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite.
