ArthAum Group is hiring a Legal and Compliance Intern.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Familiarity with venture capital and compliance regulations is advantageous
- A collaborative spirit and willingness to learn
Work Profile
- Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare and review Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Understanding of Venture Capital: Demonstrate knowledge of venture capital, angel investments, and private equity, assisting in related legal matters.
- Compliance Support: Aid in ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations within the firm’s operations, contributing to the overall compliance framework.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on regulatory issues and compliance matters pertinent to the venture capital landscape.
- Cross Collaboration: Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures while collaborating with HR, Operations, and Board Members.
