As a Corporate Lawyer Intern, you’ll gain invaluable experience navigating the legal side of a thriving export business. Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Law Degree (LLB or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and business regulations.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and policies.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, export, and intellectual property laws.
- Support compliance checks for business operations, ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Help manage legal documentation and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with various departments to address legal queries and provide support.
