About the Opportunity
M.D. & ASSOCIATES are delighted to announce an exciting paid internship opportunity for passionate law students interested in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing a degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).
- With strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights.
- Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Commitment to a minimum 6-month internship period.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and filing IPR-related documents.
- Conduct legal research on trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other IP matters.
- Support litigation and opposition proceedings.
- Engage in client communication and advisory support.
- Stay updated with recent IPR laws and precedents.
