Role and Responsibilities
- Review and analyze contracts and agreements to identify and extract critical information.
- Communicate findings clearly and concisely to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of contractual obligations.
- Maintain and update documentation related to contract analysis.
Eligibility
- Proven experience in contract analysis or a related field.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Immediate availability is required.
