Role and Responsibilities
Expertise in the Real Estate Practice:
- Acquisitions/Sale.
- Title Diligences.
- Developments/Re-developments.
- PE and Investment Transactions – Diligences / Transactions.
- Leasing / Licenses.
- Real Estate Transactions.
Eligibility
- Qualified lawyer and must be enrolled in the Bar Council of India
- PQE – 1 to 3 years of experience.
- Excellent proficiency in the Kannada language.
Salary/Stipend
