UnitedLex is hiring for the position of Senior Associate with experience of 2+ years to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Providing technical guidance and carrying out due diligence for the High-tech companies and law firms.
- Carrying out infringement analysis and preparing claim charts/EoUs.
- Carrying out patent portfolio assessments to identify the high-valued assets.
- Added benefit, if the applicant has experience in dealing with software architecture, cloud, and audio//video codecs.
Eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Infringement Analysis, Claim chart development, Product Testing, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Standard Essential Patent Mapping.
- Experience with 3GPP (5G, 4G, LTE), and WLAN standards.
