Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys is hiring a Trademark Paralegal with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role to work at the Noida office.
Role and Responsibilities
- File all kinds of applications, forms and letters at the Trademarks Registry independently.
- Handle correspondence with the Trademark Registry and clients.
- Efficient handling of contentious and non-contentious matters in India as well as abroad.
- Maintenance of Trademark Management Software
- Docketing skills (online & offline).
- Maintain and manage trademark portfolios, including monitoring and reporting deadlines for registration and renewal.
- Experience with data management systems and software.
- Research and keep track of deadlines and routine follow ups.
- Ensure compliance with IP laws and regulations
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in any Stream.
- At least 2-4 years of experience as a Trademark Paralegal or similar role.
- Proficiency in writing emails in English.
- Proficiency in using IP management software and database
- Good knowledge of MS office, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate with other team members.
