ValueLabs is hiring a Legal Executive with experience of 3 to 5 years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
1.Legal Drafting & Review:
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and MOUs.
- Assist in developing standard contract templates and maintaining document records.
2.Corporate Compliance:
- Ensure the organization complies with applicable corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Assist with company secretarial tasks, including filings, resolutions, and statutory compliance.
3.Intellectual Property Management:
- Assist in trademark, copyright, and patent filings.
- Conduct research on IP-related issues and monitor IP portfolio updates.
4. Legal Research & Advisory:
- Conduct in-depth legal research on various legal matters.
- Provide updates on new legal developments affecting the organization
5. Dispute Resolution Support:
- Assist in handling disputes, litigation, and arbitration cases.
- Support the legal team in managing external legal counsel
6. General Legal Support:
- Respond to legal queries from internal teams.
- Assist in compliance audits and due diligence processes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); a Master’s degree (LLM) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate legal functions.
- Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws, Corporate Laws, and Contract Management.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
- Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
